凉拌黄瓜 (Chinese Cucumber Salad)
Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Vinegar (prefereably black dumpling vinegar)
- 1 tbsp Light soya sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
- Salt to taste
- Chili oil to taste (optional)
Method
- Wash cucumber
- Remove two ends of the cucumber and smash it with a wide kitchen knife
- Cut cucumber into bite size pieces
- Put cucumber in a bowl. Mix well with mashed garlic and other ingredients
- Serve immediately
Mix the sauce together in advance and pour it over the cucumber at the last minute!
