Peanut Butter Noodles

Ingredients

  • Noodles (any type)

Sauce

  • Peanut Butter (1/2 jar or about 170g)
  • Soya sauce (2 tbsp)
  • Sesame oil (2 tbsp)

Toppings

If there's other toppings you think would be nice, go for it.

  • Cucumber (sliced)
  • Ham/Chicken (sliced or shredded)
  • Coriander (finely chopped)
  • Spring onion (finely chopped)
  • Egg pancakes (sliced)
    1. Beat eggs, add salt/pepper
    2. Fry to form omelette
    3. Slice into strips

Method

  1. Make the peanut butter sauce. Rough ratios are shown above, adjust to taste.
    1. Stir peanut butter, soya sauce, and sesame oil together
    2. Add hot water to preferred thinness
    3. Allow to cool
  2. Chop up all the toppings and place in bowls
  3. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packet
  4. Serve out bowls of noodles, allow people to mix and match their own toppings and then pour over the peanut butter sauce
