Peanut Butter Noodles
Ingredients
- Noodles (any type)
Sauce
- Peanut Butter (1/2 jar or about 170g)
- Soya sauce (2 tbsp)
- Sesame oil (2 tbsp)
Toppings
If there's other toppings you think would be nice, go for it.
- Cucumber (sliced)
- Ham/Chicken (sliced or shredded)
- Coriander (finely chopped)
- Spring onion (finely chopped)
- Egg pancakes (sliced)
- Beat eggs, add salt/pepper
- Fry to form omelette
- Slice into strips
Method
- Make the peanut butter sauce. Rough ratios are shown above, adjust to taste.
- Stir peanut butter, soya sauce, and sesame oil together
- Add hot water to preferred thinness
- Allow to cool
- Chop up all the toppings and place in bowls
- Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packet
- Serve out bowls of noodles, allow people to mix and match their own toppings and then pour over the peanut butter sauce
